Together with our team, you make sure our customers receive their products on time every single day. At Boon Food Group, you’ll work in a close-knit team of around 20 in-house drivers, with a personal and no-nonsense approach. You’ll deliver to our regular customers, load and unload your trailer, and stay in touch with colleagues and customers on a daily basis.
Working hours and schedules vary and are flexible. Most colleagues start at 4:30 a.m. and work until early afternoon. You can also choose to start later and finish around 9:00 p.m.
You start your day with a cup of coffee together with your colleagues. Then you load your trailer at our distribution center in Dordrecht and head out to one of our regular customers. We serve around 100 customers across the country, including our own Boon’s Markt and MCD supermarkets. That means you’ll quickly start recognizing familiar faces along your routes, making the work feel personal and familiar.
At each customer, you unload your goods and often have a quick chat with the store staff. You are the face of Boon Food Group for them. Afterwards, you return to the distribution center for your second trip. On average, you make two trips per day, giving you a nice balance between driving, loading and unloading, and customer contact. At the end of the day, you return to the distribution center, where you wrap up the day with your colleagues over one last cup of coffee.

Don’t have a CE driver’s license yet, but do have a C? No problem, you’re also welcome to join us as a trainee driver. We’ll gladly help you get your CE license!
